DMEPOS Pharmacy Accreditation

The cost of DMEPOS Pharmacy Accreditation is dependent on the type of pharmacy seeking accreditation. Currently, DMEPOS Pharmacy applicants fall into two categories:

Single Location

  1. Due at time of application:
    • Application Fee: $1,275
    • NABP Survey Fee: $2,700
    • Annual Participation Fee Year 1: $225
  2. Annual Participation Fee Year 2: $225
  3. Annual Participation Fee Year 3: $225

Estimated total for three-year accreditation for a single location: $4,650

Multiple Locations

  1. Due at time of application:
    • Application Fee: $2,250
    • NABP Survey Fee: $5,400 for the first two locations; $2,700 for each additional location. For applicants with 25 or more locations, please contact NABP for survey pricing.
    • Annual Participation Fee Year 1: $450 for the first two locations; $100 for each additional location
  2. Annual Participation Fee Year 2: $450 for the first two locations; $100 for each additional location
  3. Annual Participation Fee Year 3: $450 for the first two locations; $100 for each additional location

Estimated total for three-year accreditation for multiple locations starting at $9,000.
