Digital Pharmacy Accreditation
On December 18, 2024, NABP is adjusting the pricing for certain accreditation and inspection programs. To apply under current pricing, your application and payment must be submitted on or before 6 PM CST on December 18, 2024.
To be eligible for Digital Pharmacy Accreditation, businesses must first successfully complete our prerequisite Healthcare Merchant Accreditation. Review the Healthcare Merchant Accreditation fee policy pricing to get started.
The cost of Digital Pharmacy Accreditation falls into two categories and is dependent on the type of pharmacy seeking accreditation.
Pricing for those who submit an application and payment on or before 6 PM CST on December 18, 2024 is below:
Single Location
- Due at time of application:
- Application Fee: $3,650
- NABP Survey Fee: $3,500
- Annual Participation Fee Year 1: $1,750
- Annual Participation Fee Year 2: $1,750
- Annual Participation Fee Year 3: $1,750
Estimated total for three-year accreditation for a single location: $12,400
Multiple Locations
- Due at time of application:
- Application Fee: $3,650
- NABP Survey Fee: $3,500
- Annual Participation Fee Year 1: $3,600 for the first location and $2 for each additional location
- Annual Participation Fee Year 2: $3,600 for the first location and $2 for each additional location
- Annual Participation Fee Year 3: $3,600 for the first location and $2 for each additional location
Estimated total for three-year accreditation for multiple locations starting at $17,956.

- Annual Participation Fee Year 2: $1,642

Multiple Locations
- Due at time of application:
- Application Fee: $3,974
- NABP Survey Fee: $3,500
- Annual Participation Fee Year 1: $3,494 for the first location and $3 for each additional location
- Annual Participation Fee Year 2: $3,494 for the first location and $3 for each additional location
- Annual Participation Fee Year 3: $3,494 for the first location and $3 for each additional location
Estimated total for three-year accreditation for multiple locations starting at $17,956.
- Accreditation program fees are subject to change.
- If your pharmacy is not successful at the survey, an additional survey and applicable fees will be required to continue with the accreditation process. For applicants with multiple locations, in order to determine compliance with Digital Pharmacy Accreditation standards, additional survey(s) may be required and will be subject to additional survey fees during the accreditation process.
Additional fees may be assessed for the following occurrences:
- Time extension requests
- Protracted Policy and Procedure (P&P) reviews
- Delays related to survey scheduling
- Protracted survey remediation
- Ownership change processing
- Facility add processing
- Facility relocation processing

If, at any point during the application or post-accreditation process, the scope of the pharmacy changes (ie, ownership, location, types of products offered) or the policies and procedures undergo revisions, these documents may need to be resubmitted and reviewed at cost.
