Community Pharmacy Accreditation
On December 18, 2024, NABP is adjusting the pricing for certain accreditation and inspection programs. To apply under current pricing, your application and payment must be submitted on or before 6 PM CST on December 18, 2024.
The cost of Community Pharmacy Accreditation is dependent on the type of pharmacy seeking accreditation. Currently, Community Pharmacy Accreditation applicants fall into two categories. Pricing for those who submit an application and payment on or before 6 PM CST on December 18, 2024 is below:
Single Location
- Due at time of application:
- Application Fee: $1,250
- NABP Survey Fee: $3,000
- Annual Participation Fee Year 1: $200
- Annual Participation Fee Year 2: $200
- Annual Participation Fee Year 3: $200
Estimated total for three-year accreditation for a single location: $4,850
Multiple Locations
- Due at time of application:
- Application Fee: $3,675
- NABP Survey Fee: $3,000 per location
- Annual Participation Fee Year 1: $200 per location
- Annual Participation Fee Year 2: $200 per location
- Annual Participation Fee Year 3: $200 per location
Estimated total for three-year accreditation for multiple locations starting at $10,875.
Community Pharmacy Accreditation applicants who submit an application and payment after 6 PM CST on December 18, 2024:
Single Location
- Due at time of application:
- Application Fee: $1,100
- NABP Survey Fee: $3,420
- Annual Participation Fee Year 1: $110
- Annual Participation Fee Year 2: $110
- Annual Participation Fee Year 3: $110
Estimated total for three-year accreditation for a single location: $4,850
Multiple Locations
- Due at time of application:
- Application Fee: $3,375
- NABP Survey Fee: $3,420 per location
- Annual Participation Fee Year 1: $110 per location
- Annual Participation Fee Year 2: $110 per location
- Annual Participation Fee Year 3: $110 per location
Estimated total for three-year accreditation for multiple locations starting at $10,875
- Accreditation program fees are subject to change.
- If your pharmacy is not successful at the survey, an additional survey and applicable fees will be required to continue with the accreditation process.
Additional fees may be assessed for the following occurrences:
- Time extension requests
- Protracted Policy and Procedure (P&P) reviews
- Delays related to survey scheduling
- Protracted survey remediation
- Ownership change processing
- Facility add processing
- Facility relocation processing
