Do I take the early administration of the MPJE or UMPJE?

The exam you take is determined by the jurisdiction where your school is located. If your jurisdiction has adopted the UMPJE, you will take the UMPJE. If your jurisdiction has not adopted the UMPJE, you will take the MPJE. If your jurisdiction currently accepts either the MPJE or UMPJE, you will take the UMPJE.

Note

You can only test for the jurisdiction where your school and its campus are located. For example, if your school is in STATE A (a participating jurisdiction) and you are seeking licensure in STATE B (a nonparticipating jurisdiction), you would only be eligible to take the exam early for STATE A (the participating jurisdiction).
