College of pharmacy and organization representatives will share findings from projects and research related to engaging with pharmacy technology in furtherance of protecting public health. Topics include a pharmacy residency program to improve medication safety, reviewing findings from a survey on drug diversion prevention efforts, highlighting the role of pharmacy informatics in addressing social determinants of health, discussing the benefits and challenges of implementing artificial intelligence in health care, and the role of pharmacy technicians in protecting public health.
