Texas to Implement New PIC Requirements for Nonresident Pharmacies

Effective on September 1, 2016, every Texas nonresident pharmacy (class E) and nonresident pharmacy engaged in compounding sterile preparations (class E-S) must have a pharmacist-in-charge (PIC) who is licensed by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
