My license/certification information is incorrect. How can I correct it when applying for license transfer?
If NABP has verified a license on your e-Profile, you will only be able to edit the expiration date and license status. To have the other information updated on your license or certification, you must email the information that needs updating to UpdateMyLicense@nabp.pharmacy. Allow 3-5 business days for NABP to process your request. To ensure the fastest service, provide the following information in your email:
- e-Profile ID
- Information to be updated, such as:
- License number
- License state
- Issue date
Wait at least five full business days for the updates to appear in your e-Profile. If after that time you do not see the updates, contact Customer Engagement for further assistance.
