I received an error message when I submitted my payment information. What should I do?

Please check the following:

  • Is the credit card number correct? (Enter numbers only – do not enter dashes or slashes.)
  • Is the credit card number entered into the correct field?
  • Is the expiration date correct?
  • Is the credit card ‘type’ field correct?
  • Is the CVV correct?
  • Is the name entered correctly?
