How do I cancel my NAPLEX and/or MPJE application?

Follow the instructions below but note that refunds for the application fee will not be given after the eligibility period has expired. Canceling an application is also irreversible. If you have questions, contact help@nabp.pharmacybefore canceling your registration.

  • Log in to the e-Profile dashboard and click ‘Exam Services.’
  • On the ‘Active Applications’ tab, scroll down to find the application you would like to cancel.
  • Click the ‘Cancel Application’ link in the ‘Action’ column.
