How do I add or edit my licenses/credentials?

Your license information can be changed by logging in to your NABP e-Profile and selecting My e-Profile Information in the right menu. In the Licenses section, click the Add button to enter a new license or the pencil icon to edit an existing license.

When you add a license to your e-Profile, you will be asked for the following information:

NABP verifies license information with the applicable certifying authority for our Electronic Licensure Transfer Program, CPE Monitor Plus plan, and accreditation customers. Once a license is verified, editing capabilities will be limited. You will be able to change a license expiration date and status, but only within 60 days of its expiration.

Contact NABP staff to make additional adjustments to your license. Email UpdateMyLicense@nabp.pharmacy and provide the following information:

Allow at least 3 business days for the updates to appear in your e-Profile account after sending the email. If you do not see the updates after this time, contact Customer Engagement for further assistance. Do not add a duplicate license to the e-Profile account if you cannot edit parts of the existing license information.

Note

You will be able to edit your license expiration date and status within 60 days of its expiration.
