How do I upload documents in e-Profile?

If you encountered an error when trying to upload a document to your e-Profile, try the steps below and then return to your e-Profile to upload the document. If you still are unable to upload the document, contact Customer Engagement for assistance.
    1. Reduce the size of the document to 4 MB or smaller.
    2. Check the speed and stability of your Internet connection. The minimum speed requirement is 10 MBPS (both upload and download).
    3. Check the file to ensure it is not corrupt.
    4. Make sure you are uploading an accepted file type. Accepted file types may vary and are outlined in e-Profile.
