How do I upload documents in e-Profile?
If you encountered an error when trying to upload a document to your e-Profile, try the steps below and then return to your e-Profile to upload the document. If you still are unable to upload the document, contact Customer Engagement for assistance.
- Reduce the size of the document to 4 MB or smaller.
- Check the speed and stability of your Internet connection. The minimum speed requirement is 10 MBPS (both upload and download).
- Check the file to ensure it is not corrupt.
- Make sure you are uploading an accepted file type. Accepted file types may vary and are outlined in e-Profile.
