Why isn’t the Pre-NAPLEX, Pre-MPJE, or Pre-FPGEE launching on my web browser?

If the test is not launching, you might be using a web browser that is not supported. The exam will not work if you are using Firefox. Close the test and reopen it using a supported web browser, such as:

  • Chrome 59.0 and higher
  • Internet Explorer 11, with text size set to medium or smaller
  • Safari
  • Microsoft Edge

We recommend taking the exams using a direct, high-speed internet connection.

If you are using a Mac or iPad, disable the pop-up blocker or the exam will not launch. The exams are not supported on iPad mini or cell phones.
